SHIPPING

We take up to 15 working days to produce each piece by hand. Of course, as soon as we receive your order, we will already be working so that you can have it as soon as possible.
However, if the jewel is in stock we will ship it within 2 working days.
We ship with our partner DHL to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. You will receive tracking details as soon as the package has shipped.

PRODUCT AND CARE

We create each jewel entirely by hand, from wax sculpture to metal finishing. For this reason, any small imperfections give value and authenticity to the jewel, making it unrepeatable.
