Shipping times depend on the availability indicated on each product page.

 

IN STOCK
Jewelry and variants marked as “In stock” are already available and will be dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of your order.
AVAILABLE ON BACKORDER
Jewelry and variants marked as “Available on backorder” are made especially for you in our studio. Please allow approximately 15 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

 

If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order pieces, it will be shipped once all items are ready.
Please note that shipping services are not available on public holidays and pre-holiday days.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.

Duties & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees upon delivery. These charges are not calculated at checkout, may be significant and are the responsibility of the recipient. As they are determined by local customs authorities and the courier, we are unable to provide an accurate estimate in advance.
If the parcel is returned due to non-payment, all shipping, customs and courier costs incurred by Dea Rail will be deducted from the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
